Barone Ricasoli - Winemaker's Dinner

Barone Ricasoli is not just the name of a winery in the Chianti region of Tuscany, but part of the history of Italian viticulture. Founded in 1141 in Castello di Brolio, in the heart of Chianti Classico, the winery is the oldest in Italy, and also one of the oldest family businesses in the world. Bettino Ricasoli, known as the "Iron Baron", created the original Chianti wine recipe in the 19th century and set the quality standard for wines produced in the entire Chianti region.

Today, the winery is managed by the 32nd Baron Francesco Ricasoli, who combines tradition and new innovations in his wines. The 240 hectares of vineyards of Castello di Brolio produce elegant and timeless wines, such as Brolio Chianti Classico and Gran Selezione.

On Wednesday, October 22nd, Brasserie NÒR will be celebrating a unique evening with Barone Ricasoli wines, when we will have a representative of Barone Ricasoli as our guest. He has selected with us a selection of interesting wines from the estate, which we will serve only during this special evening.

Wines are available both by the glass and by the bottle throughout the evening from 5 pm onwards. Book a table for your preferred time slot on Wednesday 22.10., and come enjoy wonderful wines together with our truffle week tastes on the plate!
